Role summary

You will take independent, end-to-end ownership of an assigned portfolio of Amber Group brand websites, planning and executing their SEO strategies, running technical SEO, driving content and link-building programs, optimizing for AI answer engines, and reporting results per brand. You will work under the SEO Lead's group strategy, coordinate with developers and designers, and support website migrations. This role owns projects, it does not just support them.

Key responsibilities

- Own end-to-end monthly SEO for an assigned portfolio of brand websites; develop and execute each site's SEO strategy independently.
- Keyword research, content calendars and content briefs.
- Full on-page optimization including schema/structured data (Organization, Article, FAQ, Product/Service) validated to zero errors.
- Technical SEO: full site audits (Screaming Frog / Semrush), Search Console error resolution, indexation, redirects, canonical structure and Core Web Vitals monitoring, coordinating fixes with the development team.
- SEO ownership of website migrations and recent launches: crawl baselines, redirect mapping, metadata parity and post-launch monitoring.
- AI-search optimization (GEO/AEO/AIO): answer-first content structure, FAQ and schema strategy, AI-crawler access (robots.txt, llms.txt), and AI-visibility tracking across ChatGPT, Perplexity,



Gemini and Google AI Overviews.
- Off-page strategy: quality link prospecting, outreach and guest-post placements.
- Monthly per-brand reporting: rankings, organic traffic, indexation health, competitor benchmarking and a concrete action plan.

Required skills & experience

- 1–5 years of hands-on SEO with demonstrable ranking/traffic results.
- Strong, provable daily use of Google Search Console, GA4 and Semrush; Screaming Frog proficiency.
- Technical SEO depth: redirects, canonicals, indexation control, Core Web Vitals, structured data.
- Experience supporting at least one website migration or major relaunch (preferred).
- Working knowledge of AI-search optimization: AI crawlers, GEO/AEO concepts, and practical use of AI tools in SEO workflows.
- Proven quality link-building experience, able to distinguish links that help from links that harm.
- Ability to manage multiple website projects independently and communicate clearly with developers, designers.

Nice to have

- HTML/CSS basics; exposure to modern frameworks (Next.js).
- Local SEO / Google Business Profile experience.
