Salary: Up to ₹60,000 per month based on current CTC & experience (Apply only if you fit in this criteria)

Role Overview:

We are looking for a AI & content-first SEO specialist who combines strong writing ability with deep SEO expertise across technical SEO, content strategy, AEO, and GEO.

The ideal candidate should be able to:

- Create content that ranks and converts
- Build SEO strategies driven by data and AI with technical SEO expertise
- Optimize websites for both search engines and AI-driven discovery (LLMs, snippets, answer engines)

You will work directly with US-based B2B and B2C clients, handling SEO growth, content strategy, and organic visibility across multiple industries. This role requires ownership, analytical thinking, and strong execution skills.

Core Capabilities:

1. SEO Strategy & Execution (Core)

- Strong hands-on experience with on-page, off-page, and technical SEO
- Ability to plan and execute SEO strategies for lead generation and ecommerce websites
- Experience in keyword research, clustering, and search intent mapping
- Strong understanding of ranking factors, site structure, and internal linking
- Ability to drive consistent growth in organic traffic and keyword rankings

1. AI-Driven SEO, AEO & GEO

- Hands-on expertise with ChatGPT, Claude, and AI tools for SEO workflows
- Robust understanding of:
- Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) (featured snippets, PAA, direct answers)
- Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) (AI search, LLM visibility, entity-based SEO)
- Ability to structure content for:, AI summaries, Snippets,



Conversational queries

1. Technical SEO

- Strong knowledge of: Core Web Vitals, Indexing & crawlability, Schema markup, Site architecture
- Experience conducting full SEO audits and identifying critical issues
- Familiarity with tools like Screaming Frog, GSC, Ahrefs, SEMrush

1. Content Strategy & Writing

- Exceptional content writing ability across: Blogs, Landing pages, SEO pages, Thought leadership content
- Ability to create high-converting, SEO-driven content
- Strong understanding of: Search intent, Content structuring, Storytelling + CRO integration
- Experience building content calendars and long-term strategies

1. Data Analysis & Reporting (Critical)

- Translate data into clear actions and improvements
- Strong understanding of: GA4 ,Google Search Console, SEO reporting tools
- Ability to create and present actionable insights to clients
- Ability to analyze: Traffic trends, Keyword performance, Page-level performance

1. Off-Page & Authority Building

Experience with:
- Backlink strategies
- Outreach campaigns
- Community-driven SEO (Reddit, Quora, forums)
- Understanding of authority building and topical relevance

General Requirements:

- Manage SEO and content across multiple client accounts
- Strong ownership mindset and ability to work independently
- Experience working with US-based clients preferred
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Overlap with US time zones
- Fluent English for client communication
