SEO & AI Search ManagerWe are looking for an experienced SEO & AI Search Manager who can develop and execute comprehensive organic growth strategies across traditional search engines as well as emerging AI-powered search and discovery platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and lead end-to-end SEO strategy for multiple websites/brands.
- Manage Technical SEO, On-Page SEO, Off-Page SEO, Local SEO and Content SEO.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, content gap analysis and SEO audits.
- Improve organic rankings, traffic, leads and conversions.
- Build strategies for AI Search / Generative Engine Optimisation (GEO) and Answer Engine Optimisation (AEO).
- Optimise brand visibility across platforms such as ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews/Gemini, Claude, Perplexity and other AI search engines.
- Develop content strategies designed for both traditional search engines and AI-generated answers.
- Work closely with content, development and marketing teams for SEO implementation.
- Monitor performance through Google Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs/SEMrush and other SEO tools.
- Stay updated with Google algorithm changes,



AI search developments and emerging SEO technologies.
- Prepare monthly SEO reports with insights, actions and growth recommendations.

Required Skills
- Robust understanding of Technical, On-Page and Off-Page SEO.
- Knowledge of AEO, GEO, AI Search Optimisation and LLM-based search behaviour.
- Hands-on experience with Google Search Console, GA4, SEMrush/Ahrefs, Screaming Frog and keyword research tools.
- Understanding of Schema Markup, Core Web Vitals, crawling, indexing and website architecture.
- Ability to use ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and other AI tools for research, content strategy, analysis and SEO workflows.
- Strong analytical, strategic and problem-solving skills.
