Role Description The SEO AEO Specialist is a full-time, remote role. This position is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing SEO and AEO strategies to improve organic visibility and search performance across major search engines and answer engines.
As a 360° growth partner, our team members often wear multiple hats to ensure client success. This role requires hands-on technical SEO capabilities, a working understanding of website development, and the ability to manage ongoing website maintenance when required.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on SEO experience
- Solid understanding of technical + content SEO
- Working knowledge of AEO, GEO and AI-driven search
- Comfortable with tools such as Google Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs/SEMrush etc
- Ability to independently audit websites and convert findings into an actionable roadmap
- Ability to perform technical seo on website and has working understanding of website development.
- Ability to manage ongoing website maintenance when required.
- Strong analytical ability — we care about business outcomes, not vanity reports
- Curious and experimental. SEO is changing quickly, and we want someone who keeps learning.
