iLogyx, a venture by Array Innovative Services, is hiring a Senior WordPress Developer to take ownership of full-cycle WordPress development across a wide range of projects, such as internal ventures, client websites, and high-performance platforms.

We are looking for someone who is an expert in WordPress architecture, has a deep understanding of the theme and plugin ecosystem, and can deliver fast, secure, and SEO-optimized websites with precision. If you're passionate about performance, plugin mastery, and pixel-perfect execution, this role is for you.

Job Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain WordPress websites using premium themes like Astra, Avada, OceanWP, GeneratePress, Neve, Hello Elementor, Kadence, and more.

- Work on diverse project types: eCommerce stores, LMS platforms, directories, membership sites, landing pages, etc.

- Build using page builders such as Gutenberg, Elementor, WP Bakery, Divi, and adapt quickly to new tools.

- Work extensively with plugins including BuddyPress, MemberPress, Ultimate Member, LearnDash, bbPress, WooCommerce, Contact Form 7, WP SMTP Mail, Gravity Forms, NEX Forms, etc.

- Ensure all builds are SEO-optimized and performance-ready using tools like Yoast, Rank Math, AISEO, Squirrly, and WP Optimize.

- Implement caching, security,



and performance enhancements via plugins like Wordfence, W3 Total Cache, WP Super Cache, LiteSpeed Cache, WP Rocket, AutoOptimize, Breeze, etc.

- Customize child themes, build custom plugins, and develop advanced functionality using custom code snippets, functions.php, and plugin-based logic.

- Integrate third-party APIs and external services seamlessly with WordPress setups.

- Manage hosting configurations, backups, migrations, SSL setups, and ongoing site maintenance on cPanel, Cloudways, or VPS environments.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders (non-client-facing) and maintain basic documentation and testing for handovers.

- Stay updated with WordPress best practices, builder ecosystems, and plugin innovations.

Requirements

- Minimum 3 years of proven WordPress development experience.

- Solid understanding of WordPress core architecture, theme frameworks, and plugin systems.

- Robust knowledge of PHP, MySQL, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and jQuery.

- Experience in building secure, scalable, and SEO-ready WordPress websites.

- Ability to work independently and deliver pixel-perfect results.

- Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and optimization skills.

- Exposure to WordPress Multi-site environments.

- Familiarity with Slack, Trello, Asana, or other task management tools.

- Experience with freelance, agency, or product-based environments.

Basic understanding of technical SEO and on-page optimization.
