Role Description The Senior Video Editor is a full-time, in office role based in Ludhiana. The person in this role will lead end-to-end video editing projects, including assembling raw footage, selecting key scenes, and creating compelling narratives for digital campaigns. Daily responsibilities include editing and refining video content, applying color grading, integrating motion graphics, and collaborating with designers and copywriters to maintain brand consistency.

Editor will also oversee technical quality, manage timelines, provide creative input on storyboards, and support junior team members with feedback and guidance.



This role requires close coordination with the digital marketing and creative teams to deliver polished content aligned with campaign objectives.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Video Editing and Video Production, including handling raw footage and creating finished content.
- Proficiency in Video Color Grading to ensure visual consistency and enhance the overall look and mood of videos.
- Experience with Motion Graphics and Graphics to design engaging visual elements and on-screen animations.
- Advanced knowledge of industry-standard editing and post-production software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or similar).
- Proven experience in a senior or lead video editing role, preferably in a digital marketing or creative agency setting.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams on-site.
- Strong visual storytelling, attention to detail, and understanding of social media and digital content formats.
- Relevant education or training in Film, Media, Design, or a related field is preferred; a portfolio demonstrating previous video work is required.
