Job Overview

We are looking for a Senior US IT Recruiter with 2–7 years of experience in US IT staffing. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in candidate sourcing, screening, client coordination, and end-to-end recruitment.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end US IT recruitment from sourcing to offer closure.
- Source candidates through Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, Indeed, internal databases, and referrals.
- Review resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Conduct initial candidate screening and assess technical skills, experience, availability, and compensation.
- Work on Contract, C2H, and Full-Time requirements.
- Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and upcoming requirements.
- Understand US staffing models including W2, C2C, and 1099.
- Have knowledge of US work authorization such as H1B, Green Card, EAD, TN, and US Citizens.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates, clients, and hiring managers.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the interview and hiring process.




- Negotiate compensation and assist candidates through the offer and onboarding stages.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment activities in the ATS.
- Achieve defined submission, interview, and hiring targets.

Required Skills

- 3–6 years of experience in US IT Recruitment/Staffing.
- Strong knowledge of US IT staffing and recruitment processes.
- Hands-on experience with major US job portals and LinkedIn.
- Good understanding of US IT technologies and job requirements.
- Knowledge of W2, C2C, 1099, C2H, and Full-Time hiring models.
- Strong communication, negotiation, follow-up, and candidate management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple requirements and work in a target-driven environment.
- Willingness to work in the US shift (6:30 PM – 3:30 AM IST).
