Job Title: Senior US IT Recruiter

Location: Bangalore ( Should be available for F2F) IBC Knowledge Park , Bannerghata, Bhavani Nagar.

Experience: 3-8 Years of relevant experience into US Staffing

Shift: Night Shift (US Time Zone) Hybrid

Note- Candidate with integration/ Implementation Experience preferred

Strong Experience in W2 & C2C (50-50)

Max Upto- 9 LPA+ Allowance

Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated candidates to join our team as Senior US IT Recruiters. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of US IT recruitment, excellent communication skills, and a passion for working with clients and candidates in a rapid-paced environment.

Interview Mode- 1 Face2Face/ 2 Virtual

Should have Hands on Experience with job portals like Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn

Good understanding of IT roles (Developer, QA, Data Analyst, etc.)





Ability to work in night shifts
