Roles and Responsibilities :

- Develop and implement Total Quality Management (TQM) strategies to improve product quality, process efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
- Lead cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions to achieve business excellence.
- Collaborate with suppliers to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations.
- Analyze data to measure performance metrics such as defect rates, cycle times, and customer complaints.

Job Requirements :

- Develop and drive organization's Total Quality Management (TQM) journey by establishing a structured, long-term roadmap aligned with business objectives and quality excellence standards.
- Prepare annual TQM implementation plans with clear milestones, deliverables, and performance indicators & Continuously identify improvement opportunities and integrate best practices in quality management across the organization.
- Training & Capability Building

Design, develop, and deliver training programs on TQM principles, methodologies, tools, and best practices for employees across all levels.

Conduct awareness sessions, workshops, and knowledge-sharing forums to strengthen the organization's quality culture.

Coordinate with external consultants, training institutes, and subject matter experts to organize specialized learning interventions.

- Functional Support & Consulting

Act as the organization's TQM Subject Matter Expert (SME), providing guidance and support to all functions in implementing TQM initiatives.





Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to ensure quality improvement projects are aligned with the overall TQM strategy.

Support departments in identifying improvement opportunities, problem-solving, process optimization, and deployment of quality tools and methodologies.

Provide coaching and mentoring to teams to enhance their understanding and application of TQM practices.

- Progress Monitoring, Governance & Follow-up

Track and monitor the implementation status of TQM initiatives and roadmap activities across all functions.

Establish review mechanisms to ensure timely completion of action plans and achievement of quality objectives.

Analyze progress, identify risks or bottlenecks, and facilitate corrective actions to address delays and challenges.

Prepare periodic management reports, dashboards, and presentations highlighting progress, achievements, key concerns, and recommendations.

Conduct regular review meetings with stakeholders and leadership teams to ensure accountability and sustained momentum toward TQM excellence.

Skills & Competencies

Robust knowledge of Total Quality Management (TQM), Continuous Improvement, and Business Excellence frameworks.

Understanding of Deming Prize/Grand Prize criteria and assessment processes.
