We are looking for an IT Recruiter with 4–6 years of experience in IT recruitment.
Key Responsibilities
- 4–6 years of experience in IT recruitment.
- End-to-end recruitment for IT positions, including Contract-to-Hire.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, social media, referrals, and internal databases.
- Screen resumes and conduct preliminary telephonic interviews.
- Coordinate interviews, follow-ups, and candidate/client feedback.
- Understand client requirements and maintain solid client relationships.
- Negotiate salary, notice period, and joining timelines.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, MIS reports, and pipeline updates.
- Ensure smooth onboarding and regular follow-up until joining.
- Build and maintain a strong IT talent pipeline.
- Work with the internal team to achieve weekly/monthly hiring targets.
