- Conduct property/site inspections for Home Loan & LAP cases.
- Assess property construction, area, location and technical feasibility.
- Conduct property valuation and prepare technical valuation reports.
- Verify property details against available documents.
- Coordinate with Credit, Legal and Operations teams for technical assessment.
- Identify technical/legal discrepancies during property inspection.
- Ensure timely submission of accurate technical reports.
Eligibility:
- B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 6 months relevant experience in property valuation/technical assessment.
- Experience in NBFC, Housing Finance, Bank or Property Valuation preferred.
- Positive knowledge of construction, property assessment and valuation.
- Willingness to travel for property/site visits in and around Nashik.
