We are looking for an experienced Senior System Administrator to manage and support our IT infrastructure, systems, networks, and end-user computing environment. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in system administration, preferably within the retail, e-commerce, or multi-location business environment.

The role will be responsible for ensuring the availability, security, performance, and reliability of IT systems while providing timely technical support to users across offices, stores, and other business locations.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and maintain Windows/Linux servers, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policies.
- Monitor and troubleshoot servers, networks, desktops, laptops, and IT infrastructure.
- Provide IT support to corporate offices, retail stores, and other locations.
- Troubleshoot POS systems, printers, scanners, and network connectivity at retail stores.
- Manage user accounts, access controls, system security, backups, and patching.




- Coordinate with IT vendors and service providers for infrastructure-related issues.
- Support new store/office IT setup and infrastructure projects.
- Maintain IT asset records and technical documentation.
- Ensure timely resolution of incidents and service requests.

Required Skills

- 3+ years of experience in System Administration / IT Infrastructure.
- Retail or multi-location business experience is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, and VPN.
- Experience troubleshooting hardware, software, network, and POS-related issues.
- Knowledge of endpoint security, backup, and patch management.
- Positive communication, troubleshooting, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Exposure to Azure/AWS, VMware/Hyper-V, or ITSM tools is an added advantage.
