About The Department The Technology team supports Global Client Group (GCG) partners across Sales, Marketing, and Client Services. The team delivers and supports content-generation platforms that produce client reporting, commentary, factsheets, and pitchbooks for external clients. Working in Agile, cross-functional value streams, team members collaborate closely to deliver business outcomes, drive continuous improvement, and support organizational goals.

How You Will Add Value?

Core Responsibilities

- You will gather and analyse business requirements.
- You will translate requirements into Workfront and Widen Agile stories.
- You will configure Workfront and Widen solutions.
- You will create Proofs of Concept to validate ideas.
- You will understand product, marketing, and metadata workflows.
- You will write and execute user story validations.
- You will perform System Integration Testing and peer reviews.

Strategic Responsibilities

- You will partner with Global Client Group business owners.




- You will support end-to-end business process mapping.
- You will identify and drive process improvements.
- You will evaluate new Artificial Intelligence capabilities and features.

Team & Collaboration

- You will work within Agile scrum teams.
- You will participate in sprint planning and delivery.
- You will provide progress updates during daily stand-ups.
- You will own assigned deliverables.
- You will mentor and support development team members.

What Will Help You Be Successful in This Role? Experience, Education & Certifications

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 5 to 8 years of relevant professional experience.
- Experience supporting marketing or client experience teams.

Technical Skills

- Adobe Workfront expertise.
- Acquia Widen expertise.
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, and SharePoint.
- Knowledge of workflow and content distribution platforms.
- Proficiency with Artificial Intelligence, marketing, and sales enablement tools.
