Title of Position: Senior Executive- Supply Chain Management
:
- Responsible for all material and equipment needs for CCA, Connection, Tanking & Control Panel stages in Transformer.
- Understand the end users requirement, Receiving and Evaluating Quotations, Negotiation, Placing Order, Follow up for on time Delivery, and Pending orders.
- Vendor Development
- Took independent decisions and organized all day-to-day office functions.
- Responsible for supervising and appraising subordinates in purchasing department.
- Update current order status placed on different suppliers.
- Follow up with suppliers from the order to receiving of the materials.
- Inviting quotation from approved suppliers.
- Release of Orders - Release of orders & ensuring the timely delivery as per production schedule. Reconciliation with vendors and material accounting.
- Note : Candidate must have knowledge of SAP/ ERP
Position Specification Qualification: Graduation B.E./B.Tech. Mechanical
Experience: 4-6 years experience in supply chain of Transformer business.
