Job Title: Study Abroad Counselor

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Study Abroad Counselor to guide students through the overseas education process, from course and university selection to application and visa assistance.

Key Responsibilities

- Counsel students on study abroad opportunities based on their academic profile, career goals, and preferences.
- Provide guidance on universities, courses, eligibility, tuition fees, and scholarships.
- Handle student applications and ensure timely submission of required documents.
- Coordinate with universities and internal processing teams for admissions.
- Guide students through the visa application and documentation process.
- Follow up with students regularly and maintain accurate records in the CRM.
- Achieve assigned counselling, application,



and admission targets.
- Stay updated on changes in university requirements, intakes, and visa procedures.
- Participate in education fairs, seminars, and student counselling events.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Prior experience in Study Abroad / Overseas Education Counseling preferred.
- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong student counselling and convincing skills.
- Knowledge of university admissions and visa processes is an advantage.
