Role Description:

- Counsel prospective students and parents on international education opportunities, including universities, courses, programs, and study destinations.
- Understand students’ academic backgrounds, career aspirations, preferences, and financial considerations to provide personalized study-abroad guidance.
- Manage leads throughout the complete sales funnel,



from initial counselling and profile assessment to application, conversion, and enrolment.
- Drive admissions and revenue through consultative selling, timely follow-ups, relationship building, and effective objection handling.
- Manage premium and high-value student profiles while ensuring a high standard of service and personalized customer experience.
- Guide and prepare students for university interviews and other stages of the admission process.
- Act as the primary point of contact for students throughout their application and admission journey, ensuring timely communication and support.
- Achieve intake-wise admission and visa targets in line with organizational business objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with students and parents throughout the decision-making and application journey.
