Role Description The Senior Structural Designer will work on-site in Noida in a full-time capacity, leading the structural design of parking systems and related infrastructure. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing and reviewing construction drawings, performing structural calculations, and ensuring compliance with relevant codes and standards.

The role involves coordinating with civil and mechanical engineering teams, vendors, and project managers to translate design concepts into secure, efficient, and cost-effective solutions.

Designer will use CAD tools to develop detailed models and designs, optimize steel structures, and support design approvals and inspections. The position also includes mentoring junior designers, contributing to design process improvements, and collaborating on innovative, sustainable solutions for smart parking projects.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Structural Engineering and Civil Engineering, with the ability to design and analyze structures for safety, durability, and performance.
- Proficiency in Computer-Aided Design (CAD) tools for developing detailed structural drawings, models, and documentation.
- Expertise in Steel Design, including experience with steel structures, connections, and relevant design codes and standards.
- Ability to prepare, interpret, and review Construction Drawings for complex infrastructure and parking systems.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a closely related discipline.
- Relevant experience in structural design for industrial, infrastructure, or parking projects; experience with automated or modular systems is an advantage.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality.
- Experience collaborating in cross-functional project teams and managing design deliverables to meet timelines and budget constraints.
