Role Description The Senior Strategy Consultant is a full-time, on-site role based in Abroad. This position is responsible for developing and executing strategic consulting engagements related to immigration pathways, with a focus on Canada and Australia visas. Daily activities include analyzing client profiles, recommending suitable immigration options, and designing end-to-end strategy plans to improve approval chances.

The role involves leading client consultations, interpreting immigration policies and regulatory updates, and translating complex requirements into clear guidance.

Consultant will collaborate with internal teams to refine service offerings, mentor junior consultants,



and contribute to business development initiatives through insights on market trends and competitive positioning.

Qualifications

- Strong Analytical Skills with the ability to assess complex client profiles, interpret regulations, and develop data-informed strategies.
- Experience in Consulting and Management Consulting, including leading client engagements and delivering strategic recommendations.
- Excellent Communication skills, with the capacity to present information clearly, build client trust, and collaborate effectively with internal teams.
- Foundational understanding of Finance to assess client financial readiness, fee structures, and cost implications of immigration plans.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Law, International Relations, or a related field.
- Proven experience in immigration consulting or related professional services, preferably with Canada and Australia pathways.
- Ability to work in office in Delhi and manage multiple cases simultaneously with a high level of accuracy and integrity.
- Proficiency in using office productivity tools and CRM or case management systems; knowledge of immigration documentation workflows is an advantage.
