Job OverviewWe are looking for a Senior Sourcing Executive with 2–3 years of experience in natural ingredients, nutraceuticals, botanicals, herbs, agricultural raw materials, or related industries.

The candidate will be responsible for field sourcing, supplier development, price negotiation, and ensuring the availability of quality raw materials.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and develop new suppliers, farmers, traders, and sourcing partners.
- Visit supplier locations, farms, markets, and sourcing areas regularly.
- Source herbs, botanicals, plant-based raw materials, extracts, powders, and other natural ingredients.
- Develop and maintain good relationships with suppliers.
- Negotiate prices, payment terms, quality, and delivery timelines.
- Track raw-material prices, availability, and market trends.
- Identify alternative suppliers to ensure continuous supply.
- Coordinate with Quality, Procurement, Production, and other internal teams.




- Check supplier capability, material quality, and availability.
- Maintain supplier information, quotations, samples, and sourcing records.
- Prepare regular reports on sourcing activities and market updates.

Required Skills
- 2–3 years of experience in sourcing/procurement.
- Industry experience in nutraceuticals, botanical ingredients, herbal products, natural ingredients, agriculture, food ingredients, or similar industries is mandatory.
- Positive knowledge of raw materials and supplier markets.
- Good negotiation and communication skills.
- Strong supplier relationship-building skills.
- Willingness to travel 50%–60%.
- Comfortable working in field locations.
- Good follow-up and coordination skills.

Preferred Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Food Technology, Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Chemistry, Supply Chain, Procurement, or a related field.
