Role Description

We are looking for a Sourcing Merchandiser to join our team at our Noida office (on-site, full-time role).

The role involves sourcing and selecting products, negotiating with suppliers, analyzing market trends, managing inventory, and planning product ranges to deliver sustainable and innovative kidswear collections.

Key Responsibilities

- Source, evaluate, and select vendors/suppliers for kidswear.
- Negotiate pricing, quality, and delivery timelines with suppliers.
- Plan and manage product ranges in alignment with brand vision.
- Monitor and analyze consumer trends,



competitor activities, and market insights.
- Ensure adequate stock levels and oversee inventory management.
- Collaborate with design, production, and marketing teams to ensure successful product launches.
- Maintain strong vendor relationships and ensure sustainable sourcing practices.

Qualification

- Bachelor’s degree in Merchandising, Business, Fashion, or related field (specialization in kidswear is preferred) (7-8 year of experience)
- Robust analytical, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
- Knowledge of market trends, consumer behavior, and kidswear industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong time management and organizational skills.
