- Participate in the complete software development lifecycle, including coding, debugging, testing, and code coverage.
- Develop high-performance, scalable, and reliable backend applications.
- Work on distributed systems designed to handle large-scale workloads.
- Perform unit and integration testing for product features.
- Optimize and refactor existing code to improve performance, scalability, and maintainability.
- Work with modern technologies to enhance and modernize legacy applications.
- Collaborate with developers, team leads, product managers, and program managers to identify and deliver new features.
- Understand technical and design requirements and translate them into effective solutions.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and apply relevant practices to improve engineering solutions.
What We’re Looking For
- 4+ years of software development experience with Enterprise Java,
preferably JDK 8 or above.
- Hands-on experience with Spring Framework, including Spring Boot, Spring MVC, AOP, and Dependency Injection.
- Experience with ORM frameworks.
- Strong understanding of Data Structures and Algorithms, including space and time complexity.
- Good understanding of multithreading, MVC architecture, and Object-Oriented Programming.
- Experience developing complex and reusable APIs.
- Strong experience working with SQL databases, preferably MySQL.
- Experience working in an Agile development workplace.
- Good understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Ability to understand requirements, analyze problems, and integrate current features with existing applications.
- Knowledge of NoSQL databases would be an added advantage.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a passion for technology and the ability to learn new concepts quickly.
