Hiring: ServiceNow Consultant / Senior Consultant Location: Bangalore (Hybrid) Experience: 4–8 Years Shift: General Shift Role: B2 – Senior Consultant / B3 – Lead Consultant Position Summary We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Consultant to design, develop, and implement scalable ServiceNow solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise in ServiceNow development, integrations, CMDB, Service Portal, and platform customization, along with experience in leading technical implementations and mentoring junior team members.

Key Responsibilities - Configure and customize ServiceNow applications and modules.

- Develop Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, Flow Designer workflows, Catalog Items, and Record Producers.
- Build custom applications using App Engine.
- Develop and enhance Service Portal and Employee Center components.
- Design and implement REST, SOAP, IntegrationHub, Custom Spokes, and Webhook integrations.
- Integrate ServiceNow with enterprise applications and cloud platforms.
- Support CMDB implementation, governance, CSDM standards, Discovery, and Service Mapping.
- Lead data migration, transformation, testing (ATF), SIT, UAT, and production deployments.
- Troubleshoot platform issues and optimize ServiceNow instances.
- Conduct technical workshops, effort estimations, code reviews, and mentor junior consultants.





Required Experience - 4–8 years of overall IT experience.

- Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
- Experience delivering at least two end-to-end ServiceNow implementations.
- Experience working in Agile environments.
