Senior SEO Specialist – Finance

We are looking for an experienced Senior SEO Specialist with 4+ years of hands-on SEO experience, including proven experience in the Finance/FinTech/Banking/Loans/Credit/Insurance industry.

This is an independent, hands-on role. The candidate will be responsible for managing SEO end-to-end without requiring day-to-day guidance or support from another SEO professional.

Responsibilities

- Develop and execute the overall SEO strategy.
- Handle Technical, On-Page, Off-Page and Content SEO independently.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and SEO audits.
- Identify and fix technical SEO issues.
- Improve organic rankings, traffic, leads, and conversions.
- Manage internal linking and link-building strategies.
- Monitor performance through Google Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs/Semrush, etc.
- Identify and respond to Google algorithm updates and ranking/traffic drops.




- Coordinate with developers and content teams when required.
- Prepare regular SEO performance reports.

Requirements
- 4+ years of SEO experience.
- Mandatory: Finance/FinTech/Banking/Loans/Credit/Insurance SEO experience.
- Robust technical and strategic SEO knowledge.
- Proven ability to own and execute SEO independently.
- Strong understanding of YMYL/Finance SEO.
- Hands-on experience with Google Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs/Semrush, Screaming Frog, etc.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ideal candidate: Someone who can take complete ownership of SEO—from strategy and audits to execution and results—without needing another SEO person to manage or guide them. Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
