Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior ServiceNow Programmer Analyst to join our Enterprise Applications team and support a global ServiceNow platform. The role involves ServiceNow development, application customization, integrations, workflow automation, and Employee Experience solutions, with a strong focus on HR Service Delivery (HRSD), Employee Center, Employee Workflows, Knowledge Management, Enterprise Content Management, and custom applications.

The ideal candidate will be a hands-on ServiceNow Developer with strong experience in designing, developing, integrating, testing, and deploying scalable ServiceNow solutions for enterprise business processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, customize, and enhance ServiceNow applications, particularly HR Service Delivery (HRSD), Employee Center, Employee Workflows, Knowledge Management, and Employee Experience solutions.
- Develop custom scoped applications using App Engine Studio and implement workflow automation using Flow Designer and Integration Hub.
- Build and customize Employee Center experiences, pages, components, widgets, and portals using UI Builder, Now Experience Framework, and Service Portal.
- Design and implement HR employee workflows covering onboarding, offboarding, transfers, promotions, leave requests, and other HR processes.
- Develop and manage Enterprise Content Management, including News, Announcements, Content Management, and Knowledge Management capabilities.
- Create and maintain Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Actions, and other ServiceNow scripting components.
- Develop and maintain REST and SOAP integrations with HR systems, identity management platforms, payroll systems, and third-party applications.
- Work with third-party integration layers to design reliable and scalable enterprise integrations.
- Develop reusable components and solutions using JavaScript, Glide API, HTML, and CSS.




- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and translate requirements into technical ServiceNow solutions.
- Participate in solution design, development, code reviews, unit testing, integration testing, UAT, deployment, and production support.
- Troubleshoot complex ServiceNow application and integration issues and optimize application performance, scalability, and usability.
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation, development standards, and implementation guidelines.
- Collaborate with HR, Corporate Communications, IT, Enterprise Architecture, and other cross-functional teams to deliver Employee Experience solutions.
- Follow ServiceNow development best practices, coding standards, security guidelines, and Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
- 7–8 years of overall experience in ServiceNow development and enterprise application implementation.
- Strong hands-on experience as a ServiceNow Developer / ServiceNow Programmer Analyst.
- Strong experience in ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD) and Employee Experience solutions.
- Experience with ServiceNow integrations, including REST and third-party integration platforms.
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript, Glide API, Business Rules, scripting, HTML, and CSS.
