Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Senior SAP BTP Developer with a strong background in JavaScript/TypeScript and expertise in designing scalable and efficient enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will have experience working with SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), Cloud Application Programming (CAP) Model, Fiori/UI5, and SAP HANA Database.

Experience with Node.js is a plus.

As a Senior Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying solutions on SAP BTP, ensuring high performance, scalability, and security. You will also play a key role in architectural decisions and mentor junior developers.

Key Responsibilities

- Design &
- Development : Develop and enhance applications using SAP CAP Model, JavaScript/TypeScript, SAP Fiori/UI5 on SAP BTP.
- Architectural Leadership : Guide best practices in architecture, design, and development for enterprise solutions on SAP BTP Cloud.
- SAP BTP Integration : Work with SAP BTP services, including authentication, security, and APIs, to build robust cloud applications.
- Fiori/UI5 Development : Create intuitive and responsive user interfaces using SAP Fiori and UI5 frameworks.
- Database Management : Design, optimize, and manage data models in SAP HANA Database.
- Node.js Development (Nice to Have) : Leverage Node.js for backend services and integrations.




- Collaboration &
- Mentorship : Work closely with cross-functional teams, business analysts, and junior developers to ensure seamless project execution.
- Troubleshooting &
- Performance Optimization : Identify performance bottlenecks, optimize application logic, and ensure seamless user experience.

Required Skills &

Qualifications

- Strong proficiency in JavaScript &
- TypeScript with a deep understanding of core programming concepts.
- Hands-on experience with SAP CAP (Cloud Application Programming) Model for developing enterprise-grade applications.
- Expertise in SAP Fiori/UI5 for building interactive and user-friendly applications.
- Experience working on SAP BTP (Business Technology Platform) for cloud-based enterprise solutions.
- Knowledge of SAP HANA Database for data modeling, performance tuning, and SQL scripting.
- Understanding of microservices architecture, RESTful APIs, and cloud-native application development.
- Good problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a quick-paced environment.

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have) :

- Experience with Node.js for backend development.
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices in SAP environments.
- Exposure to SAP Business Application Studio (BAS) and SAP Extension Suite.
- Understanding of OAuth2, JWT, and security best practices in cloud applications.
