Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Salesforce Developer with strong expertise in Education Cloud and Public Sector Solutions (PSS). The ideal candidate will support internal teams in design, build, and implementation of scalable Salesforce solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and best practices.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the design and development of Salesforce solutions across Education Cloud and PSS.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Build and customize Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura, and Flows.
- Implement integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, and External Services.
- Provide technical guidance, code reviews,



and mentorship to junior developers.
- Ensure compliance with security, governance, and performance standards.
- Support ongoing enhancements, troubleshooting, and optimization of Salesforce applications.

Required Skills & Experience
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.

- Strong expertise in
- Education Cloud and Public Sector Solutions (PSS)
- Apex (Classes, Triggers, Batch, Queueable, Future, Scheduler)
- Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components
- Salesforce Flows, Validation Rules, Approvals, Process Automation
- Integration using REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines (GitHub, Bitbucket, or similar).
- Solid understanding of Salesforce security model (profiles, roles, permission sets, sharing rules).
- Solid problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills
