About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Senior Salesforce Developer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise in Salesforce development, customization, integrations, deployment management, release processes, and DocuSign CLM. This role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders, development teams, and clients to deliver scalable and high-quality Salesforce solutions.

Role & responsibilities:

- Design, develop, customize, and support Salesforce applications and solutions.
- Perform Salesforce configuration, customization, integration, and administration activities.
- Develop and maintain custom solutions using Apex, Triggers, Batch Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning technologies.
- Design and implement Custom Objects, Custom Fields, Validation Rules, Workflows, Approval Processes, Record Types, Page Layouts, and other Salesforce platform capabilities.
- Design, develop, configure, and support integrations between Salesforce and DocuSign CLM.
- Work with DocuSign CLM for contract lifecycle management, including contract creation, workflow automation, templates, document generation, approvals, and related Salesforce integrations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SalesforceDocuSign CLM integrations and workflows.
- Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions and specifications.
- Participate in solution design discussions and recommend Salesforce best practices.
- Manage deployments across multiple Salesforce environments using Change Sets and other deployment tools.
- Coordinate and manage release dependencies across multiple projects and teams.




- Perform code reviews and provide technical guidance to development team members.
- Support release management activities and ensure adherence to SDLC processes.
- Work effectively with clients, stakeholders, and executive sponsors during requirement gathering, solution discussions, and project delivery.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex Salesforce application issues.
- Maintain system documentation, technical specifications, and deployment records.

Preferred candidate profile :

- 4+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
- Strong expertise in Apex, Triggers, Batch Apex, Visualforce, and Salesforce customization.
- Solid understanding of Salesforce data models and platform architecture.

- Hands-on experience with DocuSign CLM and Salesforce integration.

- Hands-on experience with deployment management using Change Sets.
- Experience working across multiple Salesforce orgs and environments.
- Robust understanding of Release Management and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Ability to review code and mentor junior developers.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong stakeholder management and client-facing experience.
- Ability to independently gather requirements and convert them into technical solutions.
