Role Description This is a full-time, in office Senior Sales Manager role based in the Greater Ahmedabad Area.

The Senior Sales

Manager will lead sales strategy and execution, manage key accounts, and drive revenue growth in adhesive tapes and stretch films. Daily responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, developing and maintaining relationships with distributors and end customers, forecasting sales, and preparing regular performance reports. The role involves coordinating with production, logistics,



and finance teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and customer service.

The Senior Sales

Manager will also mentor and guide the sales team, set targets, conduct market analysis, and participate in pricing and contract negotiations.

Qualifications

- Strong experience in B2B sales and business development, preferably in industrial packaging, adhesive tapes, or stretch films.
- Proven skills in key account management, customer relationship management, and negotiation.
- Ability to develop and execute sales strategies, manage pipelines, and achieve revenue and margin targets.
- Experience leading and coaching sales teams, including performance monitoring and training.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in English and local languages as applicable.
- Comfort with sales reporting, use of CRM tools, and analysis of market and competitor data.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field; an advanced degree or MBA is an advantage.
- Prior experience working on-site in a manufacturing or industrial environment and willingness to travel for client meetings.
