About Seatking

Seatking is a home and office furniture showroom offering stylish, comfortable, and quality furniture solutions for residential and commercial spaces. We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Senior Sales Executive to join our showroom sales team.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle walk-in customers and understand their furniture requirements.
- Present and recommend suitable home and office furniture based on customer needs and budget.
- Generate leads through showroom enquiries, calls, references, and follow-ups.
- Convert enquiries into successful sales and consistently achieve monthly sales targets.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Follow up with customers through calls and WhatsApp to close pending enquiries.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and coordinate order finalisation.
- Coordinate with the design, production, delivery, and installation teams to ensure smooth execution of orders.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, quotations, and sales.
- Stay updated on furniture products, materials, designs, pricing,



and market trends.
- Handle customer queries and resolve issues professionally.
- Support junior sales executives and contribute to improving overall showroom sales.

Requirements

- 3–6 years of experience in showroom sales, furniture sales, interior products, or a similar industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent customer-handling and negotiation abilities.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Good knowledge of home and office furniture will be an advantage.
- Comfortable using WhatsApp, Excel, CRM, and basic computer applications.
- Presentable, confident, and professional personality.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of sales targets.
