Roles & Responsibilities:
- Analyze business processes and translate requirements into automated workflows using Blue Prism and Power Automate.
- Design and develop scalable automation solutions for new use cases and change requests.
- Perform technical feasibility assessments and recommend practical automation approaches.
- Support troubleshooting, solution design, and change management across the automation lifecycle.
- Review automation logic, mentor junior developers, and contribute to process improvement standards.
Experience:
- 7+ years of relevant experience in RPA development and automation delivery.
- Hands-on RPA development experience with Blue Prism in production environments.
- Robust software development background with the ability to build maintainable automation solutions.
- Experience designing and supporting scalable automation workflows across multiple business processes.
- Working knowledge of API/web service integrations and database-driven automation scenarios.
Good to Have:
- Power Automate experience.
- Agile methodology exposure.
- Telecom or large-scale digital transformation project experience.
Education:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
