Senior Recruitment Executive

Location - Bhopal ( Mon- Sat)

Key Responsibilities-

Manage end-to-end recruitment for mid to senior-level positions.

Source and screen candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, and other hiring platforms.

Strong focus on LinkedIn sourcing, headhunting, talent mapping, and networking.

Handle senior and niche hiring requirements and build a solid talent pipeline.

Coordinate with hiring managers and manage the hiring process from sourcing to onboarding.

Maintain recruitment data and ensure timely closure of positions.

Requirements-

5+ years of experience in recruitment/talent acquisition.

Proven experience in senior-level and niche hiring.

Strong expertise in LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing platforms.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to independently manage multiple hiring requirements.

Candidate Preferences -

Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period.

Candidates willing to relocate to Bhopal.

Preference for senior, quality-focused recruiters with strong LinkedIn expertise.

Budget will be discussed based on experience and profile.
