Location: India

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle end-to-end recruitment for Aerospace & Engineering roles.

- Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, job portals, and referrals.

- Hire for roles across Design, Manufacturing, Tooling, Production, Structures, and Quality.

- Conduct candidate screening, interview coordination, and offer negotiations.

- Work closely with hiring managers to understand requirements and close positions.

Requirements:

- 3+ years of experience in Aerospace/Engineering recruitment.

- Solid sourcing and screening skills.

- Good knowledge of aerospace engineering profiles and technologies.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
