Key Responsibilities:

Review and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and customer requirements to ensure product compliance.

Lead incoming, in-process, and final inspections and monitor manufacturing processes to identify and prevent quality issues.

Drive Root Cause Analysis (RCA), CAPA, 8D, and corrective actions for internal and customer quality concerns.

Maintain and improve the QMS/ISO 9001 documentation and support internal, external, and customer audits.

Analyze quality data, monitor KPIs, and implement continuous improvement initiatives to reduce rejection, rework, scrap, and customer complaints.

Coordinate with Production, Engineering, Purchase, Suppliers, and other cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues effectively.

- Guide junior quality team members and ensure compliance with company, customer, regulatory, and industry quality standards.
