KEY RESPONSIBILITIES-: Lead and execute manual testing activities across enterprise applications and Varicent solutions.
- Analyze business and functional requirements and translate them into comprehensive test scenarios and test cases.
- Design, execute, and maintain functional and regression test suites.
- Perform System Integration Testing (SIT) and validate end-to-end business processes.
- Prepare and manage test data for application releases, business-plan transitions, and other major changes.
- Perform data validation using SQL/MySQL and investigate data-related issues.
- Identify, document, analyze, and triage defects in collaboration with development and product teams.
- Participate in design and requirement reviews and provide QA inputs to improve product quality.
- Support release and transition activities by ensuring adequate test coverage and validation.
- Provide post-production support to business stakeholders and resolve application-related issues and support tickets.
- Analyze recurring production issues and work with technical teams to identify appropriate solutions.
- Prepare QA reports and provide actionable insights to project stakeholders.
- Mentor junior QA engineers/testers and support their technical and functional development.
- Conduct training and knowledgetransfer sessions for recent team members on Varicent and project processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve testing processes, application reliability, and overall product quality.
