We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Senior QA Engineer to ensure the delivery of high-quality software products. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in manual testing methodologies, a passion for quality assurance, and the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams in an agile environment.
Experience in test automation will be considered a significant advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze business and functional requirements and prepare comprehensive test plans and test cases.
- Perform Functional, Regression, Integration, System, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Execute test cases, identify defects, and ensure timely resolution through defect tracking tools.
- Collaborate with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to ensure product quality.
- Verify bug fixes and conduct re-testing activities.
- Participate in requirement reviews and provide quality-focused feedback.
- Prepare test reports and communicate testing progress and quality metrics.
- Support release validation and production verification activities.
- Continuously improve QA processes, standards, and best practices.
Requirements
- 3-6 years of experience in Software Quality Assurance.
