About Position:

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Python Developer with strong expertise in backend development and modern UI technologies to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience developing scalable, secure, and high-performance applications using Python, along with hands-on expertise in UI development using Angular.

What You'll Do:

- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance applications using Python.
- Build scalable backend services and business logic components following industry best practices.
- Develop responsive and user-friendly front-end applications using Angular.
- Implement reusable UI components and modern frontend design patterns.
- Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, deployment, and support.
- Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, architects, and QA teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
- Develop and optimize application features with a strong focus on performance, scalability, and maintainability.
- Apply object-oriented programming principles and software design patterns in application development.
- Design and develop RESTful APIs and system integrations.
- Create and optimize SQL queries and database interactions.
- Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve application defects, performance issues, and production incidents.
- Participate in Agile Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Work closely with DevOps teams to support deployment, release, and CI/CD activities.




- Maintain technical documentation and development artifacts.
- Leverage AI-powered developer productivity tools such as GitHub Copilot to improve development efficiency.
- Continuously evaluate emerging technologies and recommend improvements to engineering practices.

Expertise You'll Bring:

- 10 to 12 years of software development experience with strong expertise in Python.
- Extensive hands-on experience in Python application development.
- Solid understanding and implementation of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts.
- Experience developing enterprise-grade backend services and applications using Python.
- Robust expertise in UI Development using Angular.
- Experience building modern, responsive, and scalable web applications.
- Knowledge of frontend architectures, reusable component development, and UI optimization techniques.
- Experience with SQL and relational database design.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) processes.
- Experience working with version control systems such as GitHub or Bitbucket.
- Familiarity with CI/CD practices and modern software engineering methodologies.
- Experience working within Agile Scrum development environments.
- Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work closely with business and technical teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions.




- Experience mentoring team members and contributing to technical decision-making.
- Knowledge of .NET applications and enterprise environments is desirable.
- Experience with GitHub Copilot or similar AI-assisted development tools.
- Strong focus on code quality, maintainability, and software engineering best practices.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and contribute effectively within fast-paced delivery teams.
