NRole Overview

nWe are seeking an experienced and highly competent Project Leader to head a large-scale building construction project in Dehradun. The ideal candidate must possess extensive experience in Project Management Consultancy (PMC) and demonstrate a proven track record of successfully delivering complex building projects from inception to completion.

NThis role requires strongleadership, technical expertise, stakeholder management, and the ability to oversee all aspects of project execution, ensuring adherence to quality, timelines, and budget.

NKey Responsibilities

nProject Leadership & Execution

- Lead end-to-end execution of large-scale building construction projects including residential, commercial, or mixed-use developments.

- Act as the primary point of contact for all project stakeholders.

- Ensure project deliveryin line with defined scope, timelines, budget, and quality standards.

nPMC Coordination &Oversight;

N

n
- Oversee and coordinate with PMC teams, contractors, consultants, and vendors.
N
- Ensure compliance with PMC principles, governance frameworks, and reporting mechanisms.
N
- Drive effective projectplanning, monitoring, and control systems.
N

nPlanning & Scheduling

N

- Develop and review project plans, master schedules, and resource planning.
N
- Monitor progress using project tracking tools and ensure timely completion of milestones.
N
- Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies proactively.
N

nContract & Vendor Management

N

- Manage contracts,tendering processes, and vendor selection in coordination with procurement teams.
N
- Monitor contractor performance and ensure adherence to contractual obligations.
N
- Resolve disputes and ensure smooth coordination across all parties.
N

nQuality & Safety Compliance

- Ensure strict adherence to quality standards, construction specifications, and regulatory norms.
N
- Implement and monitor health, safety, and environmental (HSE) practices at site.
N
- Conduct periodic auditsand inspections.
N

nFinancial Management

N

n
- Monitor project budgets, cost control, and cash flow.
N
- Approve bills and ensure cost optimization without compromising quality.
N
- Track deviations and implement corrective measures.
N

nStakeholder Management

N

n
- Liaise with government authorities, regulatory bodies, and local agencies in Dehradun/Uttarakhand.
N
- Provide regular updatesand reports to senior management and clients.
N
- Maintain strong relationships with all stakeholders to ensure project success.

nKey Requirements

NExperience & Background

- Minimum 20+ yearsof experience in construction/project management.
N
- Strong PMC (Project Management Consultancy) background is mandatory.
N
- Proven experience in handling large-scale building projects (>

₹300 Cr preferred).

- Experience in hill or terrain-sensitive projects (preferred for Dehradun region).

nEducational Qualification

- Bachelor's degreein civil engineering (Mandatory)

- Master's Degree (MBA / M.Tech / Construction Management) preferred
