JOB SUMMARY:

As a Senior Project Coordinator within our Project Management Office (PMO), you will act as the operational backbone for active satellite manufacturing and mission delivery cycles. Partnering directly with Project Managers and engineering leads, you will drive execution discipline, eliminate cross-functional bottlenecks, and ensure mission milestones transition seamlessly from CAD models to cleanroom assembly and launch manifests.

Your core operational mandate is predictability: maintaining airtight milestone tracking, accelerating internal procurement loops, and ensuring documentation meets rigorous aerospace standards. In this role, your success will be measured by on-time milestone delivery rates (OTD), schedule variance reduction, and data accuracy across our PMO toolstack.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:





- Drive Schedule & Milestone Integrity: Partner with Project Managers to maintain comprehensive work-breakdown structures (WBS), track critical-path deliverables, and flag schedule variances before they impact integration timelines.
- Streamline Cross-Functional Alignment: Serve as the day-to-day liaison between systems engineering, cleanroom manufacturing, quality assurance, procurement, and external launch partners.
- Lead PMO Governance & Meeting Cadence: Own sprint ceremonies, technical review agendas, and cross-team standups; capture high-signal minutes of meeting (MoM) and aggressively drive action-item closure.
- Maintain Technical Documentation & Metrics: Centralize technical baseline documents, flight readiness paperwork, and engineering change requests (ECRs) while building real-time status dashboards for executive review.
- Proactive Risk & Blocker Resolution: Surface manufacturing delays, component lead-time anomalies, and integration risks early; run root-cause follow-ups to implement mitigation strategies.
- Coordinate Technical Procurement & Logistics: Expedite technical purchase requisitions (PR/PO workflows) for mission-critical parts and coordinate precision logistics for aerospace-grade hardware and testing campaigns.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR ?

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Aerospace,



Mechanical, Electronics, or similar) or Business Administration/Operations Management.
- 1–2 years of hands-on project coordination or PMO experience in a fast-paced, engineering- or manufacturing-driven workplace.
- Working proficiency with industry-standard project tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Microsoft Project, Asana, or ClickUp).
- Strong analytical and organizational skills, with a track record of managing multiple competing deadlines without dropping operational details.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, comfortable interfacing with senior engineering specialists and external vendors.

NICE-TO-HAVES:

- Prior exposure to the Space, Aerospace, Defense, or Precision Hardware Manufacturing sectors.
- Foundational understanding of satellite subsystems, avionics, payload integration, or cleanroom manufacturing workflows.
- Familiarity with hardware product lifecycle stages (PDR, CDR, TRR, and flight integration).
