We're looking for a few hands-on programmers to join our IT team. We're modernizing our core business software (moving it to a current, well-supported platform) and building a few current internal tools alongside it.
This is a small team where you'll own real pieces of work directly, not one of many people on a large project.
Write and maintain code for our business applications using C#, ASP.NET Core, and SQL Server.
Write, troubleshoot, and optimize SQL stored procedures and queries.
Fix bugs and handle support issues on applications you own.
Contribute to a couple of newer tools built with Node.js, React, and PostgreSQL, as your interest and aptitude allow.
Use AI coding tools (such as Claude) to work faster, with your own review before anything goes livethese tools help you write code quicker, but they don't replace checking your own work.
Document what you build well enough that a teammate could pick it up without you.
