Senior Production Executive / Assistant Production Manager

Key responsibilities

- Prepare and execute daily/weekly production plans based on orders and stock requirements.
- Monitor plan vs actual output by line/product.
- Allocate manpower across mixing, baking, cooling, packing and other production stages.
- Track wastage, yield and rework by product/batch.
- Record and analyze machine downtime, changeovers and production bottlenecks.
- Coordinate with Stores for timely raw material and packaging availability.
- Coordinate with QC on batch release, hygiene, process compliance and non-conformances.
- Coordinate basic preventive maintenance and escalate machine issues promptly.
- Maintain production records, batch sheets, machine/process settings and shift handovers.
- Ensure production-floor discipline, hygiene and safety.
- Prepare a simple daily production MIS for management.
- Support trials,



recent product scale-up and process improvements.
- Be capable of independently running normal production when the Production Manager is absent.

Experience: Roughly 7–8 years in food manufacturing in biscuits, bakery, snacks, cereals, namkeen or dry-food manufacturing.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate

- Faridabad, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
