Job Title: Sr. Production Engineer

Division/Department: Sheet Metal Fabrication

Qualification: BE Mechanical

Experience : 3 to 4 years

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Responsible for production planning and control of Sheet metal fabrication department.
2. Capable of handling skilled manpower and manage working in shifts.
3. Responsible for managing day to day production activities in the Fabrication section.
4. Should have adequate knowledge of Sheet Metal machines CNC Laser Cutting, Punching, bending, Rolling, and shearing.
5. Should be able to handle and control the shopfloor.
6. Should be able to handle projects independently and take initiative.
7. Ensure safety work practice in the section.
8. Maximize OEE and utilization of material and scrap reduction.
9. Should focus on productivity improvement.

COMPETANCIES:

- Manpower handling, problem solving
- Knowledge of Sheet metal machines and process




- Knowledge of punching and bending tooling’s
