Role
Design recent products across packaging, home, and lifestyle categories — from concept to production — that stay true to Sirohi's sustainability and craft-first ethos.
Responsibilities
- Design products using natural/upcycled materials (jute, water hyacinth, banana fiber, etc.)
- Create sketches, mood boards, and tech packs/spec sheets for production
- Collaborate directly with artisan clusters to adapt designs to their techniques
- Build and refine prototypes with the production team
- Balance aesthetics, cost, durability,
and scalability
Requirements
- Degree in Product/Industrial/Textile Design or related field
- 2–5 years' experience in product design (lifestyle, home decor, or handicraft industries preferred)
- Strong portfolio showing concept-to-production work
- Proficiency in Illustrator, Photoshop, and CAD/3D tools
- Comfort working with artisan communities and handmade production
- Willingness to travel to production clusters as needed
