Job Overview

TESCRA India is seeking experienced Product Analytics professionals to join our Document Cloud analytics team. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about deeply understanding user behavior, uncovering meaningful insights, and influencing product and business decisions through rigorous analysis. You will work with large-scale product and user data across a massive monthly active user base, partnering closely with product managers, engineers, product marketing managers, GTM teams, and Finance to generate insights, build scalable dashboards, and drive product and business outcomes.

This is a high-impact role with strong ownership and visibility.

Key Responsibilities

1. Design, build, and maintain high-quality dashboards and reporting in Power BI and Tableau that track product usage, feature adoption, and business KPIs, ensuring accuracy, scalability, and self-serve capabilities with clear metric definitions.
2. Lead deep-dive analyses to understand user behavior, funnels, cohorts, and feature performance, performing root-cause analysis on metric movements and anomalies.
3. Synthesize data into transparent insights and actionable recommendations to inform product and business strategies.

Define and evolve product success metrics and KPIs, aligning them with product strategy and business goals, and partner with product managers to inform roadmap decisions.
5. Collaborate with product marketing, GTM, and Finance teams to evaluate launches, messaging effectiveness, and adoption, quantifying business impact and supporting forecasting.
6. Design and analyze A/B tests and experiments, including hypothesis definition, metric selection, and statistical evaluation, ensuring results drive concrete decisions.
7. Act as a trusted analytics partner, communicating insights through data storytelling, presentations, and written narratives tailored to diverse audiences.

Educational Qualifications
1. B.Tech

Must-Have Skills
1. Expert-level SQL (complex joins, window functions, CTEs, performance tuning)
2. Solid foundation in statistics, experimentation, and analytical thinking
3. Product Analytics / Business Analytics / Data Analytics experience
4. Strong proficiency in A/B testing experience

Good-to-Have Skills
1. Working knowledge of Python or R for analysis, automation, or advanced analytics
2. Hands-on experience working with large-scale data platforms such as Azure Databricks
3. Good in Power BI and Tableau for dashboarding and insight communication
