About The Role We are looking for an experienced Senior DevOps / Platform Engineer to design, build, automate, and maintain secure and scalable cloud infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with AWS, Kubernetes/EKS, Terraform, CI/CD, and DevSecOps .

You will work closely with development and engineering teams to build reliable infrastructure, improve deployment processes, strengthen security, and enable teams to deliver software faster and more efficiently.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys solving infrastructure challenges, automating manual processes, improving system reliability, and working with contemporary cloud technologies.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, deploy, and manage scalable infrastructure on AWS.
- Manage and maintain production Kubernetes/EKS clusters.
- Build and maintain reusable Terraform modules and infrastructure automation.
- Develop and improve CI/CD pipelines for application build and deployment.
- Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices across environments.
- Implement DevSecOps practices and integrate security into development and deployment workflows.
- Manage application and infrastructure deployments using Helm.
- Automate infrastructure and operational processes using scripting and modern DevOps tools.
- Monitor system health, performance, availability, and reliability.
- Implement and improve observability, monitoring, logging, and alerting.
- Troubleshoot infrastructure,



deployment, and production issues.
- Work with development and engineering teams to improve deployment speed and reliability.
- Follow cloud security, access control, and infrastructure best practices.
- Contribute to platform standards, documentation, and automation initiatives.

Must-Have Skills
- 7+ years of experience in DevOps, Platform Engineering, Cloud Engineering, or a similar role.
- Strong hands-on experience with AWS.
- Strong experience with Kubernetes / Amazon EKS.
- Strong expertise in Terraform and Infrastructure as Code.
- Hands-on experience building and managing CI/CD pipelines.
- Good understanding of DevSecOps practices and cloud security.
- Experience with Helm for Kubernetes application deployment.
- Strong Linux administration and troubleshooting skills.
- Experience with observability, monitoring, logging, and alerting.
- Strong automation and scripting skills.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex production and infrastructure issues.

Good-to-Have Skills
- Experience with SOC 2 compliance and technical security controls.
- Knowledge of FinOps and AWS cost optimization.
- Experience with Policy-as-Code.
- Experience with Kafka and Redis.
- Knowledge of Aurora and managed AWS database services.
- Experience with Prometheus and Grafana.
- Understanding of SLOs and SLIs and reliability engineering practices.
- Experience working with large-scale or high-availability production environments.
