ALIMS School of Business is looking for an experienced and driven Senior Placement Manager to lead our Placement team and strengthen our industry partnerships further.
Responsibilities:
Team Leadership
- Manage and mentor a team of Placement Managers, Assistant Managers, and Coordinators
Industry Relations
- Build and maintain strong relationships with top companies across sectors
Fellowship Drives
- Plan and conduct Fellowship drives to connect students with the right opportunities
Student Data Management
- Track and manage student data and progress post-Fellowship
Company Onboarding
- Ensure consistent, month-on-month onboarding of recent companies without fail
Qualifications:
- UG or PG (any discipline)
- Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience in Placement, Talent Acquisition, or Corporate Relations
Location: Manjeri, Kerala Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹35,000 per month
