ROLE OVERVIEW

We are looking for a Manager — PR to independently manage Roswalt Realty’s public relations and corporate communications. The role will be responsible for building the brand’s visibility, strengthening media relationships and creating credible narratives around Roswalt, its leadership and its projects.

The right candidate has strong existing journalist relationships, sharp storytelling instinct, and the maturity to work directly with senior leadership — including handling sensitive communications and crisis-response when needed.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

— Develop and execute Roswalt’s PR and media strategy.

— Build and maintain strong relationships with business, real-estate, lifestyle and relevant trade media.

— Proactively identify and pitch meaningful stories, features and interview opportunities.

— Manage press releases, media briefs, articles, leadership interviews and thought-leadership content.

— Drive profiling of Roswalt’s senior leadership and promoters.

— Develop PR plans for project launches, milestones and key corporate announcements.

— Monitor media coverage, sentiment and competitor activity and provide regular reports.

— Identify relevant awards, speaking opportunities and industry platforms.

— Handle sensitive communications and support crisis-response requirements when needed.

— Work closely with Marketing, Sales,



Projects and senior management to identify newsworthy opportunities.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

— 3–4 years of PR / Corporate Communications experience, preferably in real estate, infrastructure, hospitality, lifestyle or a related sector.

— Solid existing relationships with relevant journalists and media houses.

— Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

— Strong understanding of news, storytelling and media positioning.

— Ability to work independently and manage PR end-to-end without an external agency.

— Mature stakeholder-management skills and the ability to work closely with senior leadership.

— Strategic mindset with strong execution skills.

— Degree / Postgraduate in Mass Communication, Journalism, PR, Marketing or a related field.
