DigiMagnate is looking for a talented and experienced Senior PHP & WordPress Developer to join our growing development team in Mansarovar, Jaipur.

The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in PHP, WordPress, custom theme/plugin development, website optimization, API integration and troubleshooting.

We are specifically looking for a developer who understands modern development workflows and knows how to effectively use AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, GitHub Copilot or similar AI tools for coding, debugging, optimization, documentation and faster development.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, customize and maintain professional WordPress websites.

Develop custom WordPress themes and plugins according to project requirements.

Work extensively with PHP, WordPress, MySQL, HTML, CSS, JavaScript and jQuery.

Customize existing WordPress themes, plugins and functionality.

Develop custom features and functionalities using WordPress hooks, filters and APIs.

Integrate REST APIs and third-party APIs with WordPress/PHP applications.

Work on WooCommerce websites, customizations and integrations.

Troubleshoot and resolve PHP, WordPress, plugin, theme and database-related issues.

Optimize websites for speed, performance, security and Core Web Vitals.

Handle website migrations, backups, SSL, cPanel and basic server-related tasks.

Ensure websites are responsive and compatible across major browsers and devices.

Collaborate with SEO, content, design and project management teams.

Understand SEO-friendly website development and technical SEO requirements.

Review existing code and improve code quality, performance and security.

Test websites before deployment and ensure production-ready implementation.

Maintain proper documentation of custom development and technical changes.

AI Skills – Mandatory The candidate should be comfortable using AI tools as part of the daily development workflow.

B.Tech / BCA / MCA / B.Sc. IT / M.Tech or equivalent practical experience.
