Role Description The Senior Physiotherapist will provide advanced assessment and treatment for clients with spinal cord injuries, neurological conditions, and other forms of paralysis in an on-site setting located in Noida. This full-time role includes developing individualized rehabilitation plans, leading activity-based recovery sessions, and monitoring progress using evidence-based techniques and specialized equipment.

The Senior

Physiotherapist will collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate care, participate in case discussions, and contribute to program development for both day care and in-house rehabilitation services.



Daily responsibilities also involve educating clients and caregivers about treatment goals, home exercise programs, and long-term recovery strategies, while maintaining accurate clinical documentation and adherence to professional standards. The role may also include mentoring junior therapists and supporting continuous quality improvement initiatives within the center.

Qualifications

- Clinical expertise in physiotherapy with a strong focus on neuro rehabilitation, spinal cord injury management, and activity-based recovery programs.
- Proficiency in comprehensive patient assessment, treatment planning, and delivery of manual therapy and therapeutic exercise interventions.
- Experience working within a multidisciplinary rehab team, collaborating with occupational therapists, speech therapists, and neurodevelopmental therapists.
- Strong communication and counseling skills to educate clients and families on rehabilitation processes, expectations, and home-based follow-up.
- Ability to manage a structured caseload, maintain exact clinical records, and follow evidence-based clinical protocols and safety standards.
- Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy from an accredited institution, with valid registration or licensure as required.
- Several years of relevant clinical experience in neuro or orthopedic physiotherapy; prior experience in a specialized rehab center is highly beneficial.
- Demonstrated leadership or mentoring skills, with the capacity to support junior team members and contribute to program improvement.
