Roles and Responsibilities:

- Perform hands-on configuration and setup in Oracle HCM Cloud across assigned modules and business processes.
- Design and support techno-functional solutions, including requirements gathering, configuration workbooks, and functional specifications.
- Build and maintain system interfaces, extracts, and API-based integrations with internal and external systems.
- Resolve user issues and system defects, and support Oracle SRs, product enhancements, and quarterly updates.
- Analyze business process gaps and recommend improvements to system design, controls, and operational efficiency.

Skills Required:

- 5+ years of Oracle HCM techno-functional experience,



with 6+ years of overall technology or industry experience preferred.
- Strong Oracle HCM Cloud configuration experience across core HR, compensation, and talent-related processes.
- Hands-on experience with Redwood, Oracle Visual Builder Cloud Service, HCM Design Studio, Flexfields, Fast Formulas, and HDL.
- Experience with HCM system extracts, API connectors, reporting, and analytics in an Oracle Cloud setting.
- Ability to support integrations, troubleshoot defects, and work through platform updates and enhancement requests.

Good to Have:
- Oracle Cloud HCM certification.
- Exposure to Oracle AI concepts.

Education: Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
