Role Summary The Senior Outreach & Recruitment Manager will lead corporate partnerships, institutional alliances, and recruitment growth initiatives. This includes driving fresher placement drives with colleges and enabling lateral hiring programs for enterprises via BeExpert.ai’s technology platform.

Key Responsibilities

● Corporate Partnerships → Build and manage relationships with enterprises,

startups, and HR leaders to drive hiring collaborations.

● Institutional Alliances → Partner with colleges, NGOs, and training institutes to strengthen placement pipelines.

● Lateral Hiring Programs → Design workflows for experienced hires,

● Business Development → Generate leads, negotiate contracts, and achieve revenue targets through corporate and institutional deals.
